Satellite Images - Saccess.dk

Saccess.dk is an internet portal providing satellite images. It is established by the Danish Geodata Agency for users working with planning and environmental issues but also for the general public interested in remote sensing applications. Professional and private users based in the Nordic countries can register and use data from Saccess.dk free of charge under the terms and conditions specified in the End User License.

Satellite imagery can be used to see how the environment and society change over time such as for weather forecasting, agriculture and forestry, environmental monitoring and climate research. Satellite imagery provides an objective documentation of status and changes for the whole country. It is possible to see changes over time, to analyze appropriate responses and monitor the effects of the actions taken.
